We took on this project as a challenge and to preserve a bit of Pulaski Tennessee history. This is the most prominent home in the community. It fell into disrepair. We turned it around to make it the showpiece it is today.

All you have to do is enjoy the greenery. The grass is automatically watered by an AI based irrigation system. An agricultural meter was installed, which massively reduced the cost of water. A very prominent figure in town tends to cutting the grass so you don’t have to.

There are neighbors. With such a large lot, they are not close. However, privacy trees have been strategically planted all around the side and back perimeter of the home. They will quickly mature.

Yes. One of the reasons this home was built in this location was to be in a country suburb, but still walking distance (in minutes) to the Pulaski Town Square for amenities, dinner, etc. Because there are no more large parcels in town, most homes of this size have to be built out in the countryside, which means driving to get anywhere in town.

This is a prominent annual Tennessee Walking Horse show held in Pulaski, TN, highlighting the “Big Lick” style. It brings together top trainers and exhibitors in the breed industry. It happens in July each year at Giles County Ag Park.
